POCATELLO, Idaho-Billy Phillips led the Idaho State men in the collegiate multi-events on the final day of the Snake River Open. The senior scored 5009 points in the heptathlon and had career bests in the 60 meter hurdles (8.98) and the 1000 meter (2:52.21).
